SANDRAMAX exclusively sells a house that is an architectural monument of culture. The 300-year-old house has carried over the centuries the traditional atmosphere of the Bulgarian home from the Renaissance era. One of the oldest houses in Zheravna, restored with love and craftsmanship. The house is pre-Revival, single-storey. It consists of four clean and cozy rooms, furnished with antique furniture, modern bathrooms and TVs. It has its own hydrophoric installation, which guarantees a continuous supply of drinking water. Separate from the house, there is an additional building that houses the tavern and the kitchen.
The yard of the house has an area of 416 sq.m according to the sketch. and is designed with nooks where everyone can retire for a pleasant conversation, dinner or simply to read a favorite book, refined, landscaped and surrounded by a stone fence in the same revival style. The authentic iconostasis has also been preserved. The house has been restored, and the interior has been preserved almost in its original form. All handmade carvings and elements are preserved. The furniture also comes as close as possible to that time 300 years ago. In one of the rooms, the open stone hearth has also been preserved, and an open fireplace has been built in the tavern.
The house is reached through narrow cobbled streets. There is a wide space next to the front door that can park several cars.
The territory of Zheravna covers an area of 5000 m² with an average altitude of 650 m. The relief is of a distinctly mountainous character, with an intermountain valley crossed by forested hills. The highest point, which is located 6 km west of the village, is Mount Razbojna - 1128 m above sea level. The natural features of Zheravna are mainly bizarre rock formations, mysterious cave complexes, clear karst springs, diverse flora and fauna. The soils of the Zheravne land are mostly brown forest. Zheravna is rich in water resources. Springs and rivers are fed by rain and snow. All the waters that flow through the Zheravnen basin make up a large part of the basin of the Luda Kamchia River. There are no discovered mineral deposits in Zheravna. Zheravna is rich in forest vegetation. Both deciduous and coniferous vegetation are common.
