SANDRAMAX exclusively sells a house that is an architectural monument of culture. It is located in the cultural and historical reserve Zheravna. The house was built around 1750. A wooden staircase has been installed to connect to the second floor, where there are also three spacious rooms and a second bathroom with WC. The entire house is lined with wooden ornaments, carved ceilings, wooden closets in the rooms, skirting boards, two stone hearths in two of the rooms on the first and second floors. The rooms are fully furnished with the typical domestic atmosphere, carpets and wide bedspreads for relaxation. The atmosphere and the smell of wood are very captivating and calming, bringing us into the spirit of the times. The house is registered and categorized under the Tourism Act as a guest house.
